Cellars at Jasper Hill is excited about rich 'winter milk' and the suppleness it lends to our soft cheeses like vonTrapp Farmstead Oma, and Ploughgate Creamery Hartwell. Both are looking pudgy and beautifully rustic. Check them out for yourself in your local VT co-op, or featured here in gift boxes added to our recently expanded web offerings.
