Champlain Valley Creamery produces artisan organic cheeses at our micro-creamery in Vergennes, Vermont. We currently produce award-winning Old Fashion Organic Cream Cheese from fresh, local organic cow's milk and cream. Unlike typical industrial cream cheese, our cheese is produced by traditional methods, with no stabilizers or fillers added. Additionally, we produce Organic Ricotta Salata, a dry-salted savory cheese similar to feta.
Our products are available in select independent retailers throughout Vermont and New Hampshire, as well as Boston, MA and Providence, RI. We also ship direct wholesale and retail. Please contact us for more information. |
